Referral partners can obtain upgraded Referral Partner Levels after referring a certain amount of customers that request a paid security assessment by Web Security Scan. Between these Levels, a distinction in amount of referred clients and type of security scan is reflected in the commission fees.
The General Terms and Conditions of DongIT apply to this referral program. The level of referral partner will remain for as long as these security scan packages are offered by the Web Security Scan.
Web Security Scan may alter commission percentages when price alterations in scan packages are implemented. Commission fees are disbursed after security scan has been completed and the referred client has paid for the chosen security assessment package.
Referral partners are responsible for validating potential clients and are required to inform Web Security Scan, either by phone or e-mail, about a potential or registered new client that has been referred by them. This implies referral partners register new clients in first place and refer them to Web Security Scan for acquiring a security scan package.
Web Security Scan will handle all personal or business information about referral partners or any referrals with confidentiality. Web Security Scan is allowed to contact clients without informing the referral partner, after an initial scan has been carried out and referral partner has received commission fee for new applicant.
