Individual certifications of our pentesters
Our pentesters hold a combination of these internationally recognized qualifications:
- OSCP (Offensive Security Certified Professional). Hands-on pentest certification from Offensive Security, focused on web and network pentesting.
- OSWE (Offensive Security Web Expert). Advanced certification for white-box web application security testing.
- OSEP (Offensive Security Experienced Penetration Tester). For advanced red-team and evasion techniques.
- OSED (Offensive Security Exploit Developer). For exploit development and advanced binary exploitation.
- CRTO (Certified Red Team Operator). Red-team operations certification from Zero-Point Security.
- CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional). (ISC)² certification for information security management.
- CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor). ISACA certification for IT audit and compliance.
Certifications of DongIT as an organization
- CCV Keurmerk Pentesten. The Dutch national standard for high-quality penetration testing, issued by the Centre for Crime Prevention and Safety.
- ISO 27001 certified since 2025. Our own information security is independently audited annually according to ISO/IEC 27001:2022.
Ongoing professional development
Beyond formal certifications, our pentesters continuously invest in professional development through specialized training, threat intelligence subscriptions (NCSC-NL, MITRE ATT&CK) and internal knowledge sharing. The cybersecurity landscape changes weekly and our knowledge keeps pace.
